It was horrible from the beginning. Expecting a $500 payment up front before surgery was even performed or they won’t do surgery. So how is a not so rich person right after the holidays supposed to pay that? After getting swabbed for the flu and for Covid, we decided to wait outside for the results. The doctor said she would call us or come out to let me know the results. We waited 25 min, and saw the lights go out (It was closing time) and no one ever called, or came out with my results. Unprofessional in my eyes, and now it's the next day, and I've been on hold for 45 min. Frustrating

I was told an hour wait which was fine, for the most part with the exception that people were being tested for covid and me being there for a drug screen I wasn’t allowed to wait in a separate location or have the possible covid patients wait in their vehicle. After waiting for over 2 hours and almost missing a doctors appointment I was told that the desk has to say an hour and can’t be truthful when the wait time exceeds that. Terrible terrible experience I wouldn’t ever recommend anyone seek any service at this location.
I went on New Year eve around 8:00pm. A very unprofessional staff starting with receptionist very rude and demanding for me to sign docs. I went there after testing positive for Covid to request a z-pack to avoid possibility of cytokines storm infection during and after Covid. Also Monoclonal Antibody Therapy, do to the risk of my age 65 yes old. Nothing was provided other then taking pulse and checking blood pressure and rushed out and pay the Bill. Requesting my money back I will never visit this place again
Other than being tested for Covid- which I tested negative you were not of any help. Having a slight fever and coughing the medical person said an antibiotic would be useless because two days had already elapsed. I believe That was December 26. I visited my physician on January 4 and was prescribed Azithromycin so I went all those days feeling ill. I won’t revisit your practice.
I just went for a Covid test. Waited in my car as if I had an appt to see my doctor. Ended up seeing a doctor (which was not my intent because I had already had a televisit with my own doctor a few days prior). The entire visit took a total of 3 hours. Most of this time I spent in my car waiting. If my appt is JUST for Covid test, that’s all that should happen in the visit.
Would have been nice if I was informed in my text that I had no need to go inside for my Covid test. I spent over 15 minutes in line inside to find out that I need to pull around back in my vehicle. Only 1 sign out back telling you this also and it is not very visable. Once I did get to the trailer out back the process went fast.
Went in saw Dr had swollen lympnodes in pain told to go home will go away that night went to er24/7 and was given a ct scan and told lympnodes were infected Was given iv with steroid and rocephin antibiotic and ibuprofen and sent home with 14 days antibiotic in sept went in tested positive for Covid chest X-ray was hazy got antibodies next day went to my Pulmonology told I had double pneumonia just had clear chest X-ray end of December I will not go back to this since Tgh took over it is terrible you can’t even get thru to t... read more
