Sat on hold for over an hour three times just to be hung up on each time! Ridiculous!
I went because I was Covid positive but with severe throat pain. I told the practitioner something isn’t normal. The pain is unbearable. She did not thoroughly check my mouth nor test me for strep. Just gave me numbing cream which I told her would not work cuz of the abnormality of the pain. Well I went to another urgent care the next day, turns out I had a huge throat infection. When I checked in I was the only one there. I went back into the room and sat for 40 minutes until I was seen by a doctor. I came out to ask and everyone was just sitting there with no sense of urgency to help me. Then when the doctor came in, he said that they got busy..

Waited 3 hours to see practitioner, he saw my injured finger, X rays and refer me to Orthopedic DO.
I did not feel like I was treated respectfully. Despite my pain level from body aches and dyspnea, I was expected to walk across the clinic and go outside for COVID testing. I was put back in the waiting room and told they were done taking care of me . I was told I could not have any treatment because they would have decontaminate the room leaving me to feel like my life did not matter to them. It was horrible from the beginning. Expecting a $500 payment up front before surgery was even performed or they won’t do surgery. So how is a not so rich person right after the holidays supposed to pay that? After getting swabbed for the flu and for Covid, we decided to wait outside for the results. The doctor said she would call us or come out to let me know the results. We waited 25 min, and saw the lights go out (It was closing time) and no one ever called, or came out with my results. Unprofessional in my eyes, and now it's the next day, and I've been on hold for 45 min. Frustrating
