doctor was very nice both to myself and to my daughter, however the antibiotic he prescribed for me was such a very small tube that it isnt enough to last for the ten days!!
We visited your facility for the first time needing stitches for my daughter’s foot. Your facility was fast, so clean, everyone was professional and the doctor gave us great care. Thank you!
Everyone was very friendly- from the desk staff to the doctors. I will definitely be coming back if I need urgent Care in the future
Care was fast and was not crowded at all. Made an appt within an hour of arriving.
My Worker Comp. carrier faxed a authorization to commit coverage. My complaint is that no one was aware in you Urgent Care office. I had to make 4 phone calls to guarantee coverage. Fact is; it took too long and I had to make calls and wait for your Admission person to search it out. I would have thought the fax stating a referral was coming, should have triggered a print out and file started!
