It was very negligence the way they handled care for my son. I understand that we came in at 20 min before close but my 16 month old sons health was declining and when we got there we were handed the paperwork but they turned around and called us back with in a minute and didn't get to finish the paper work. All they did was vitals and pediatrician check his ears and throat. The Dr didn't listen to my concern about what was wrong he wasn't eating or drinking for about 8 to 10 days with diarrhea. I was under the impression that this was an urgent care clinic and not a COVID testing site. If a patient goes in with a fever and other symptoms and the COVID test is negative shouldn’t there be other things to look for instead of sending them out. Like no labs are drawn there to make sure there is nothing bacterial going on??
Sat on hold for over an hour three times just to be hung up on each time! Ridiculous!
I went because I was Covid positive but with severe throat pain. I told the practitioner something isn’t normal. The pain is unbearable. She did not thoroughly check my mouth nor test me for strep. Just gave me numbing cream which I told her would not work cuz of the abnormality of the pain. Well I went to another urgent care the next day, turns out I had a huge throat infection. When I checked in I was the only one there. I went back into the room and sat for 40 minutes until I was seen by a doctor. I came out to ask and everyone was just sitting there with no sense of urgency to help me. Then when the doctor came in, he said that they got busy..

Waited 3 hours to see practitioner, he saw my injured finger, X rays and refer me to Orthopedic DO.
I did not feel like I was treated respectfully. Despite my pain level from body aches and dyspnea, I was expected to walk across the clinic and go outside for COVID testing. I was put back in the waiting room and told they were done taking care of me . I was told I could not have any treatment because they would have decontaminate the room leaving me to feel like my life did not matter to them.
