First he tells me that my toenail is still attached (definitely was not attached and fell completely off the next day), second, said a covid test wasn't necessary even though I had symptoms (got worse as the week went by and hopefully didn't get anyone else sick because I trusted him), third they didn't have the tetanus shot at that location so had to drive to another facility. They were very nice though.
Test was ok but having to drive 4 hrs from where I live to get a COVID test fir a heart cath procedure is totally ridiculous especially since I’ve had 2 vaccines and a booster. No other options given This isn’t the first time either!!!!
Efficient and customer oriented.
Needed a Covid test for upcoming appointment. Drive through. Only problem the man who did it went to high causing broken skin with slight bleeding. CVS allow me to swab but noy your place. I'm 73. Slow clotting with long history of bronchitis & sinus infections. Your people should listen. I was the one with a sore/scab in my nose for the next 10 days.

SCAM!!!!!! DON'T GO HERE THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM. What they are going to do is tell you they can't help you and hit your insurance or bill you when they did nothing to help
There was no doctor at this facility. I was seeing by a PA, which was very attentive and nice to my request of seeing a doctor instead. I don’t believe she liked much my request but she understood it. Anyway I was prescribed antibiotics. I tested positive for Covid. Two days later I called to the urgent care because my cough wasn’t going away and the pain was horrible. The moment I entered the location at Sheldon Rd I felt like I was bordering the 2 front desk receptionists as I interrupted their chatting to check in. They barely talk to me and told me to sit and wait so they could continue the conversation.
