Efficient and customer oriented.
Needed a Covid test for upcoming appointment. Drive through. Only problem the man who did it went to high causing broken skin with slight bleeding. CVS allow me to swab but noy your place. I'm 73. Slow clotting with long history of bronchitis & sinus infections. Your people should listen. I was the one with a sore/scab in my nose for the next 10 days.

There was no doctor at this facility. I was seeing by a PA, which was very attentive and nice to my request of seeing a doctor instead. I don’t believe she liked much my request but she understood it. Anyway I was prescribed antibiotics. I tested positive for Covid. Two days later I called to the urgent care because my cough wasn’t going away and the pain was horrible. The moment I entered the location at Sheldon Rd I felt like I was bordering the 2 front desk receptionists as I interrupted their chatting to check in. They barely talk to me and told me to sit and wait so they could continue the conversation. It was very negligence the way they handled care for my son. I understand that we came in at 20 min before close but my 16 month old sons health was declining and when we got there we were handed the paperwork but they turned around and called us back with in a minute and didn't get to finish the paper work. All they did was vitals and pediatrician check his ears and throat. The Dr didn't listen to my concern about what was wrong he wasn't eating or drinking for about 8 to 10 days with diarrhea. I was under the impression that this was an urgent care clinic and not a COVID testing site. If a patient goes in with a fever and other symptoms and the COVID test is negative shouldn’t there be other things to look for instead of sending them out. Like no labs are drawn there to make sure there is nothing bacterial going on??
