I called the main number to ask what time Sport's Physicals are done at the Fish Hawk location. Was told they are open until 8:00pm and do them up until close. Went to Fish Hawk around 7:00 and was told the main office doesn't know what they're doing but she'll make an exception. She was extremely rude and conducted herself as if I was lying about calling the main number to ask if there was a timeframe for sports physicals. Terrible experience. El personal de la recepcion eran toscos, y exigentes con sus politicas de cobrar 250 dolares en caso de que el seguro no cubriera la cuenta. Cero empaticos y cero amables. Tiempo de espera 3 horas. Michel la enfermera me mando para otro sitio pues no me podian solucionar mi dolor de pierna. Mala atencion, mal servicio y personal descortes.
I dont ever leave bad reviews. But I had such a bad experience today that left me in tears. I went in in pain, urinary pain. My bladder and urethra hurt for 2 days and I can only get a trickle of urine out. I have a chronic bladder disease that causes UTI so i went in to be checked for that. PA Warkomski come in my room as if she is mad at me. Told me my medical history is to complicated and they didn't want to treat me. The doctor was rude and never even gave me a fair examination. I came in with a swollen foot. He couldn't even tell which foot it was that was swollen. Told me nothing was wrong. I felt rushed. Clearly this doctors needs further schooling on his bedside manner and also taking time with his Patience. Not happy at all.
Beautiful new facility; check in was very quick and easy; nurses were attentive and kept me comfortable with warm blankets as I awaited my procedure; appreciated the tv and channel selection; great coffee in the recovery room!
the worst experience in clinic I hope better
I feel the physician could have and should have examined me more and considered what I said were the circumstances were for me coming in and what led to my medical incident besides only an EKGs and blood pressure which could have been impacted by what I've been through. Those tests and measurements could have been impacted by this from my research on the internet versus her immediately wanting to call 911 and send me elsewhere.
