I went in for what I suspected as a severe ear infection. Seen the PA Stephanie, she said she seen white stuff in my ear. Asked if I stuck anything in there, nope only some rubbing alcohol via a eye dropper to try to dry out the water. She said it was a middle ear fungal infection. Put me on two antibiotics and a pain drug. Got me in to see an ENT. On Tuesday. 2 days later. Still having severe ear pain. My husband and I didn't have an appointment, it took maybe 45 minutes from the time we walked in until we got our test results.
Place was clean, staff very friendly and accommodating. In and out quickly

Was charged for a service that was a referral related to a car accident. The fee was higher than advertised on the wall “menu”. Process too longer than should have. Was not happy when I left.
Expensive considering that you only carried out a one minute meeting with the doctor and then a covid test. I can get a test for free elsewhere. I needed something for a chest infection
Very thorough and helpful
Drive-thru PCR. The test was performed deep into my nasal cavity. I believe this was unnecessary and could have been done more shallow. It was uncomfortable for hours afterward, including my right eye. I’ve had them done previously by TGH without the depth or discomfort.
Doctor was desperate by my questions. I tried to get my MRI done but it seemed as if I was making an un logical request (which is not as I checked with my insurance) I would have liked to get more help to get an MRI
