The doctor I saw was good and directed us to the ER which was the right thing to do and I am glad they did. The follow up phone call we had was horrible. The person had no idea about what happened and ended up having my wife in tears. They wanted me to come in to an office for follow up but the ER had already directed me to follow up w/ my pcp. Received call on Monday from podiatrist that I had an appointment. Staff @ TGH failed to call me to say they set one up. Staff of TGH were not very customer friendly when I called asking what was going on with my care, very rude. The staff at your Urgent care on 301 in Sun City needs refresher course in customer relations
3:45 was my time. Visiting my wife get a call new time is 1:00. Leave immediately as supposed be there 2 hours before. Get there 11am. Taken to room for 3 hours as I was prepped. At about 4:15 I am brought in after dr explained I WAS NOT GETTING procedure. This is just a test! I was told opposite. Now I have not eaten for 24 hours taken to be discharged blood is 51. Thank you for your review. I believe you meant this review for TGH hospital. This review site is for the urgent care that does the drive up testing for the hospital.
I was in terrible pain and they did not do XRays, nor any type of examination to see what was causing my pain. I was not prescribed any medications. Honestly I just went to give away my money. I had to go to a doctor again.
I am a RN.. I will not use that services again. I will tell my friends to do the same.
CovidTest took 5 days to come back. It was only supposed to take two days. Doc never told me what do to. Never had to deal with covid before. I have been lucky up to now
No follow up cal as discussed at the review. Did get good treatment plan for recover.
When signing in I was told a doctor will see me. After waiting for about 2 hours I was denied to see a doctor. As patients we have the right to a doctor. I do not recommend your place to anyone since you would have turned a sick person away. Not nice at all. To this day have no idea what the diagnosis was for me.
Visit went well, but every time they always send my precriptions to the wrong pharmacy they don’t listen
