Wait was short. All personnel were courteous and efficient.
Saw a PA - had very clear symptoms of strep throat . White spots were visualized . After testing negative for flu and covid ( no strep tests were available ) I was Basically written off and prescribed a cough syrup , Bromphed . I didnt have a cough !!! Went home where my mother , a nurse , said you definitely have strep - saw a provider somewhere else and prescribed Antibiotics. I’m 100 percent better in 48 hours after that . You’re PA needs better assessment training and listen to patient . Cough syrup !! Ridiculous
Worse experience, not all doctors are bad but I got the worse primary assigned to me. The nurse also made it horrible by not listening to me and letting me suffer in excruciating pain for hours before offering medicine. Good anesthesiologist tough who seemed compassionate and had nice bedside manners. The main doctor tough did not even try to be nice or try to say positive or encouraging words. Just awful overall experience, please be very careful with the main doctor you get here because that could be a game changer.

The doctor didn't do anything took my blood pressure told me I was fat I weigh 150 lbs male said I didnt have gout went in with swollen red foot/ankle got nothing done no x-ray and no ultra sound DID NOTHING didn't take my insurance so I paid $220.00 for nothing my girlfriend did more for me than the doctor very very disappointed will not recommend or go back to this place less than 1 star but it wouldn't let me put nothing.

57 minute wait to return a call. Was told that was good, usually a longer wait. Totally unacceptable. You have to have a better way for patients to get back with you. I would never recommend a health care service that is that hard to communicate with!
Did a vaginal exam but nothing else that was listed on intake form. No relief from c/o
Absolutely terrible customer service.
Arrived 820 for an 830 fast track COVID test. The lady inside the building told me to go around back to the trailer, someone will be there by 830. It's now 9am. Came back inside to inquire and they said they can't find the person. Now they are trying to call someone to come in Update- In response to your reply that "call outs happen", unfortunately that wasn't the case. Person who did the test acted as though I was bothering her to be there. Totally unfriendly, short, curt and stand-offish. Was very annoyed when I asked her to show me the label on the test tube that my test was going into. VERY POOR PATIENT SAFETY!
