Nurse Practitioner was great. That said, rest of office was a nightmare. 12:15 appointment, I arrived at 12:05, not called back for vitals until 1:15, didn’t checkout until 2:05. Either get more help or limit the number of patients seen. Also, your people are the face of your business, your brand. The front desk and nurses all lack professional looks. It’s a business not a rave.
The initial office visit went well. I followed the directions the PA gave me and submitted test to Lab Corps the next day. That is when getting in touch with TGH FAST TRACK became a nightmare. I waited on the phone two hours just to be told a health care professional would get back to me before the end of the day. I got a call two weeks later asking when I intended to submit the test to the lab. By then, the results were posted on Lab Corps patient portal but absolutely NO follow up from the PA.
You need to have a MD present at each one of your Facilities. Never No MD-just PA. Spend the Money and make PATIENT CARE your PRIORITY--"NOT the ALMIGHTY DOLLAR'!!
Scheduled my covid rapid test at the Brandon location. Showed up for my appointment and both front desk people called out. I filled out the packet of paperwork. The staff in the back was doing their best in the situation. So an hour after my appointment time, I get called to the back. She does all the vitals and stuff. I was given the wrong antibiotic for a uti. I ended up having to go to my primary to get a new one before my symptoms went away. I do not recommend. It used to be wonderful but now the provider has no clue what she is doing.
They only swab 1 side of my nose. Told me I am positive and I went to get another test at Walgreens done & I am negative. I'm being induced and need my support people who won't be allowed
The WHOLE thing was a professional experience.
Rude and dismissive and I was practically ignored and rushed didn't really do an exam she acted like she didn't believe me like I was stupid or something I would not recommend
Needed a stat CT which I was told would be scheduled same day it's now three days later and I've left two voicemails and have not had a call back or my test set up.
