The staff was absolutely rude. I made a reservation online and stated what my appointment was for. The woman at the front desk was so incompetent and unprofessional. I told her exactly what I was there for and she gave me the wrong paperwork and later proceeded to blame it on me and give me an attitude. I asked her about my next appointment because the doctor told me to come back and she told me I didn’t have a referral. It was like she didn’t know how to comprehend words.
Staff was friendly but very disappointed. My daughter injured her foot, so I brought her here for x-rays, only to find out that they don't do x-rays, even though the website says that they do. Wasted trip since I still don't know if it is broken because we had to take her somewhere else and now we wait...
Outpatient procedure was good however I have a spinal cord injury and in recovery it was really horrible he’s not take anything into consideration or be extra cautious with me and a bunch of bad things happened. Telling me that a 15 minute procedure and it lasted two hours and they were basically booting me out the door as the last patient there shutting the lights off I wouldn’t come again for a procedure The head nurse there was really great to me but they wound up sticking me with someone who had no idea what was going on... read more
I would highly recommend your office to my friends. The staff was friendly and kind from the time I walked into the office until I left. Everything was wonderful. Kudos to your office!!!!
