I was informed to call prior to arrival. I did, and was told that I would want to arrive BEFORE closing, which was 8pm. I arrived at 7/32... for my ppd skin test and was told "oh we not doing THAT now and to return the next day;, dine, no problem. The next day's staff was very efficient and took no more than 10-15 to complete what I needed to complete on the previous day. We waited 3 hours to get in. My son still has a cough and congestion. I felt he needed an antibiotic but we only were prescribed a cough syrup. He’s been vomiting now from coughing so hard and it hasn’t gone away in over a week. Had to go to another doctor.
multiple mistakes, misdiagnosed, didn’t splint my son, refused to share my kid’s films, misread Xray, took 2 hrs to call back to tell my broken bone.
40 mile round trip rush hour drive to Brandon from Apollo Beach to get a 10 second COVID test because there is no courier service to Tampa General Hospital from any TGH Urgent Care facility closer to us. Why was the drive through test location in Sun City Center closed recently????? We left home early over an hour before the appt and arrived 10 minutes late with all the traffic. Ridiculous lack of services in southwest Hillsborough county!😡
1.receptionist was not friendly at all 2. Wait time was ridiculous 3.waiting to see the doctor in the exam room took forever & then waiting forever to get my paperwork.
One of the staff members, Malcom, who takes vitals is rude, harsh, and militant. When you are not feeling well you don’t expect to be treated with attitude and lack of care at an urgent care facility. Not a friendly demeanor at all. The nurse Practicioner was friendly for the most part but I was definitely already put off by him by the time she got to the room. Poor medical care.
10 am mri. Didn’t happen until after 11am. People were very nice but my ride couldn’t be there so I had to Uber home.
Three medical assistants were unprofessional. I have asked what I needed and they didn’t give me what I needed. They were rude and unapproachable. I am very disappointed.
