The people there were great, but even with an appointment I waited over an hour. If I had known how long it would take I would have gone elsewhere
Wait time was insanely long and difficult to understand. Both of the patients that were called in before me left 10 minutes before I was called into triage. There were zero other patients on the property.

I managed to get a wood splinter under my fingernail. Didn't think much about it until it became painful. Fortunately there was a TGH Urgent Care Clinic close by and I was able to get an appt. the same day. Marie Wilkinson, ARNP was my nurse and she provided me with the best care I could have received! First visit was a total waste. Second visit I had to beg the PA to gave me antibiotics, he gave me a prescription for malaria or skin rash, that is not been use in USA for long time. Did do much for me. My friend doctor bring me amoxicillin, I two day s I was completely fine. Services is fine, but PA’ s are good for nothing. I won go ever unless they have real doctors no these dudes practicing on patients. I feel like a Guinea pig.
I paid cash for a visit contacted the billing department on the 4th of this month I look at my bank statement and see that even though I have already paid the bill they are going to try to charge me a second time for the same visit I have to contact them a second time which should not even be occurring but the communication I guess in their billing department is not as world class as it's supposed to be
I was informed to call prior to arrival. I did, and was told that I would want to arrive BEFORE closing, which was 8pm. I arrived at 7/32... for my ppd skin test and was told "oh we not doing THAT now and to return the next day;, dine, no problem. The next day's staff was very efficient and took no more than 10-15 to complete what I needed to complete on the previous day. We waited 3 hours to get in. My son still has a cough and congestion. I felt he needed an antibiotic but we only were prescribed a cough syrup. He’s been vomiting now from coughing so hard and it hasn’t gone away in over a week. Had to go to another doctor.
