Waited nearly two hours to be seen and had to strongly advocate to receive reasonable treatment. I wouldn’t come back to this location again.
I got 4 stitches on one side of my thumb and my daughter repeatedly asked that they put a stitch on the cut on the other side. The side with the 4 stitches has healed. The other one has a wide gap. When I went to see my doctor when I got home, she said it was too late to put a stitch in now but should have had one put in at the same time as the others.
I've been waiting for a call back from the nurse no one has called me. This place is very unethical. You're better off going literally anywhere but here. Never again.
The front desk person was mean
One of the best URGENT CARE facilities I have visited. I felt at ease from the time I entered to the time I left. The complete office was very professional, attentive and genuine concern about my health. I have told many of ,y friends, family and neighbors about TGH Urgent Care. The wait time was unbelievable. Keep up the great work.

I came there because I felt bad and had taken 2 home tests. One said positive the other negative. She tells me well those tests are accurate. Ummm which one? I said I want one done here. She tried to talk me out of it for some reason. She said if I got a positive at home I didn’t need another I have Covid. Finally she tested and said it was positive. I recvd no paperwork nothing. Nurse Practitioner was great. That said, rest of office was a nightmare. 12:15 appointment, I arrived at 12:05, not called back for vitals until 1:15, didn’t checkout until 2:05. Either get more help or limit the number of patients seen. Also, your people are the face of your business, your brand. The front desk and nurses all lack professional looks. It’s a business not a rave.
The initial office visit went well. I followed the directions the PA gave me and submitted test to Lab Corps the next day. That is when getting in touch with TGH FAST TRACK became a nightmare. I waited on the phone two hours just to be told a health care professional would get back to me before the end of the day. I got a call two weeks later asking when I intended to submit the test to the lab. By then, the results were posted on Lab Corps patient portal but absolutely NO follow up from the PA.
