I’ve called 6 times to follow up on my x-rays & had a question about my visit. I’ve waited over 30 mins on hold each time and cannot get ahold of anyone in the office. Highly recommend going to a Baycare urgent care instead.
Is the second time I use this location, the doctor didn't have much experience, after I tell him the symptoms and the maybe was a ear infection, he only checked my ear and told was not infected, so he left to do some search, after coming back, no more question or exame, just told me they will schedule ENT, they call me and my appointment is in 30 days, I still feeling strong pain, so was a waist of my time, didn't help, now I need to go see my doctor so she can help me
Never called in my childs prescription after being seen to our pharmacy. Then unreachable remainder of the day.
I realize time is short in the clinic, but how will anyone know if someone is having an issue that may necessitate different med? Takes less than a minute to take a manual BP.
We had to wait fir over 2 hrs to be told that there was nothing they could do for me, contrary to what was told to us about labs at the front desk. Will never go back, better service at urgent care close to my house. And was charged $200 for Nothing and I do have insurance I expect a credit once my ins reviews. Also false advertising on the web as to what can be done there. Total waste of time!!!

Sloppy. Lack of the right professionals. No MD available just NP’s that doesn’t have the knowledge, studies and necessary experiences.
How can you treat broken bones without an xray tech? Specifically asked if I could get an xray and after dr came in found out I have to go back tomorrow for the xray. Rediculous! No pain meds because can't confirm if broken. So I left with a $250 bill, a boot, no xray and no pain meds. Not happy and I'm hurting...fix this mess... Nurse was great can tell she loves what she does.
