I waited 5 days to get a phone call telling me I was Covid negative. at the appointment, I asked the provider "what else could my symptoms indicate". Her response, "I have no idea." I will never go to this facility again. It was a waste of time. The labcorp website told me in 2 days that I was negative.
I have always had a very pleasant experience with my Gandy office. All staff seem very nice as well as professional. All ailments have been addressed with excellent results…Until Now. I went to my same Gandy location with a broken fibula. Everyone was very nice as per usual. However, That visit was on Sunday, July 24th. It is now Tuesday, July 26th. It was wonderful experience. Staff and a doctor were very prompt, polite and professional. I appreciate their care and concerns.
Since the other review I wrote did not get posted then I will write another one and post it on all review sites. On Thursday, July 21st I went to the FastTrack in Wesley Chapel with bug bites on my arms. I saw Marissa Pallas the Nurse Practitioner. She prescribed me a medicine and to use it for 7 days. I explained to her that the medicine will not last that long and you can only get 2 doses from it. She said that if I run out to call. So the next day, I called and was on hold for 45 minutes. Very disappointed. I went in to the Wesley Chapel location yesterday an met with Marisa Pallas, she was nice and agreed with what a virtual doctor diagnosed me with. She told me to use the medicine for 7 says, I told her that I am going to need multiple tubes of the cream because one tube is 2 doses. She said if I need more to call them. Made appointment to get my foot looked at and arrived at 6:00 pm for my 6:15 appointment. Filled out all my paperwork. while i was waiting to get called back, a young lady came in that decided to wait in her car after reading the sign that said they would call when they would see her. It took her about 3 minutes to come in after they called her. they told her she took too long and they put other people ahead of her. At 7:00 pm i was called back to see the doctor. I was admitted to TGH through the ER on 7/16 and discharged on 7/18. In the just over 48 hours I spent there, I received no substantive answers to any questions I asked regarding my condition. I was admitted for bleeding following a colonoscopy, and for the next 48 hours all anyone wanted to talk about was my blood sugar level. I understand that's very important. Waited an hour and then told us they don’t do X-rays. The practitioner said I could drive down to Riverview to get one. It would have been better to tell me before I waited so I could have seen a practitioner there. The assistant was told to put a splint on my injured finger. It was put on upside down. Practitioner didn’t indicate what or how long a splint should be taken care of.
