Most invasive & painful PCR test I’ve ever experienced (even from the same place but different technician). The technician threatened that if he didn’t insert the swab far enough the lab wouldn’t process it. I had to make him stop with the swab after multiple attempts. Left feeling abused, defeated and worried that my test wouldn’t go through. It did though, with a negative result.
Disappointed in your communication. I wanted to know if the strep test was sent out after the 20 min which has come back negative before. After waiting on hold for 15 min the woman said that she sent an urgent message to the doctor but no one ever got back with us. After a $235 bill and no prescriptions the least I could get was a call.
The doctor only wanted to test me for covid and offered me to be vaccinated. It felt as though she decided i had covid before even looking into my throat or giving me a strep/other tests. It was very disappointing and i feel as though i wasted my money being seen.
I would NEVER EVER GO BACK!!! I can't believe ethically what they did! I brought my daughter in and they said sorry we can't help you here, you need to go to the ER. They billed us for a doctor's visit! How is that fair or ethical? It's absurd! I've called and get zero help.
It is so disorganized. The doctor was fine,but I was given wrong, expensive information about billing. I have been overcharged or mischarged constantly. The care is not worth the headaches and stress of the dealing with the confusion of the office.
Understaffed, not impressed with the doctor, wait time was excessive.
Provider was nice and caring, but didn’t seem thorough with her diagnosing process and treatment plan was lacking.
There are two folks who work at front: one is very kind and one is very brash and rude. When she saw my Medicaid card, even after I said that I have HUMANA family, she was loudly and unprofessionally so everyone could here…and while speaking in the 3rd person with me right there…that they don’t take that insurance. Then I answered her back and repeated that I have HUMANA Family and had given the woman my card, but had been told to always provide both cards bc they both have my name on them.
