So my son had a 104.5° fever for two days brought him in they ran zero tests said he has a cold had to demand the doctor actually run a Covid test RSV test and strep test I forgot to request a urine analysis to see if he had a UTI. The staff there suck and just want to do the bare minimum to get you out. Turns out after another day of him being sick finally got him to see his pediatrician and he had a UTI thanks for nothing except a bill!!!!
Every office should have available appts daily for immediate pt needs.
Terrible!!! Courtney Charneski from the South Tampa office needs to be fired. Before looking at his ears, nose or throat or even before she had GLOVES on she told me there’s nothing she could do to help my son. My 2 year old son had an ear infection and she gave up looking in his ears and I had to ask her to try again. Her bedside manner was terrible. If you get seen by a Nurse Practitioner named Courtney Charneski ask for a different doctor. She was the WORST care I’ve EVER experienced.
Attending Physician as well as nursing staff were insensitive to me as a patient . I felt like I was going through a drive through instead of an urgent care.

Didn’t get any help. no test or idea of what to do to improve my situation
Waited almost an hour after my appointment time and the person who never introduced themselves ( I don’t know if the was a doctor, PA or NP spent two minutes with MMe, didn’t examine me and decided they could not help me.. I was a third person I witnessed them till they couldn’t help that day and turned away. I will never go back. It really is hard to believe that is the best that a TGH facility can do.
Told in advance xrays needed. Tech left while I was still waiting. No xrays available after 4 although urgent care open until 8. Was NOT told this in advance Worthless visit.
I didn’t get to see a doctor. I saw a PA that didn’t prescribe the correct ear drops and instead prescribed eye drops for an antibiotic. I understand that they can be used in the ear but I needed something for pain and swelling. They have ear drops with a steroid and pain medication that should have been prescribed. I’m tired of seeing people that don’t know what they are doing instead of seeing a doctor.
