The provider was rude and talked to me like I am stupid. I know the difference between a kidney stone pain and back pain and a UTI. she insisted I have an UTI or kidney stone. I had neither, per labs. Ended up in the ER the same day to get help.
Barely looked at me and didn’t test me for anything. Just let me leave without antibiotics and have to wait 10 days to even get some after i’ve repeatedly called back saying how i’ve gotten worse and no better
I injured my arm/shoulder and was given anti inflammatory medication that wasn’t available in any pharmacy. Shouldn’t PA know if medication is rare and need to be ordered? I was in excruciating pain until Monday when I was able to go to my PCP. PA was very nice, but not very sure of what she is doing.
Had to wait for 3 to 4 hours before waited on, another hour before checked on. Given prescription to high for insurance to pay. It was a terrible experience. Going to another urgent care.
Assistant gave no resolution to my issues. Told me my test results and that was it.
I made a 11:15 appointment and didn’t get seen till 12:30. The lobby staff was horribly rude and very short with their answers. I didn’t feel welcomed or safe in this environment
Every time I go, the wait is worst. Make an appointment cause they tell you is better and faster which they told a lady in front of me and another patient which both is us didn’t agreed with. Others left and then when you ask they can’t figure out who’s next. I got offered the meds there which I agreed to but yet they send the prescription to the pharmacy then called me find out why I hadn’t pick up the meds. Seems very unorganized
Very friendly staff great customer service was seen within minutes when I walked in. Dr very professional and I really liked her .I definitely recommend anyone to come to this facility.
I waited over 2hours to be seen with a splitting migraine, where the lights were killing me. For the Doctor to tell me they couldn’t do an IV (since I had been puking for days), or help with the pain. I had to go to the ER. Then went there and waited 2hrs to be seen and finally get an IV. With the worse head pain of my life. The site says you have IV’s and then I wait and that’s not the case.
