I come in with high blood pressure, and “the nurse” that identifies as a doctor (she’s a nurse not a doctor) I told her it was 165/102 then 158/95 the previous hour. It was 168/92 when your X-rays tech took it. Recommended I go to my PCP. Well no sh!t when i informed her I had an appointment for Jan 6th 50+ days away. Long with time for initial interview with doctors. We
I came in with flu symptoms and was tested for both covid and the flu. I was informed I was negative on both. Less than 24 hours later I went to my primary care physician and tested positive for flu. I'm letting you know about this because the swabs taken were barely inside my nostrils. The staff is always friendly and polite. I just felt you should know about my visit.
I waited TWO hours to be seen. This was with an appointment.
Was not happy with care given. Despite being told I had infection the provider would not prescribe an antibiotic. Now I have to take more time off work and pay more money for another appointment to finally get an antibiotic which I should have received at this appointment. Then I was asked to sit in my car for results and get get told I was being prescribed a steroid and cough suppressant. The steroid was called into my pharmacy, but the cough suppressant was not. Second time I’ve used them and second time I’ve ended up in the ER within 24 hours. Wrong meds given , one not even called in . Told me I was diabetic but gave me nothing for my almost 300 sugar or even told me it was dangerous. Told me she’d refer me to a Dr. To find out it would be a two month wait and the lady I talked to in the referral department was the rudest person I ever talked to. Will never use them again.
I got there at 9 30am with only 2 other people in the lobby. After an hour u was in such excruciating pain I asked how much longer? Their responce was...you can go somewhere else..I went to the restroom then the nurse came in rude as hell saying..I'm not the one! She examined me verbally threatening me like I was 5yrs old. Not only would I never recommend you I'm calling my insurance co.pant with my opinions. Rude is an understatement!
Provider was not listening by focused on what she felt was the problem. Front office was excellent but totally dissatisfied twitch the nurse practioner .Would not provide me with antibiotic needed for my sinus infection. Would not gone there except for my primary cares office being closed for the holiday. After being miserable all weekend, received the medication I needed from my provident Walked and told the practitioner we would not pay and not to bill my insurance.
Made a appointment and still had to wait 1 hour with only 2 people in the waiting room. Was not happy about that
