Awful customer service!! Rude to patients (even kids!!) Waiting room was dirty, layer of dust and dead bugs on floor. Waited over an hour with an appointment time and when asked how long wait was going to be was not given an answer “As I am not allowed to answer that question”. What’s the point in giving appointments? Do not recommend, spend your money at another clinic!
Very unorganized business. Really no one in waiting room and still no one picks up the phone. Awful phone service. Don’t recommend this place for anything.
Long wait times
I was seen immediately evaluated and we sat in the waiting area for several hours before being called. In the exam room the Dr. told us her diagnosis and suggested we go on to the hospital since walk in clinics don't do labs. We left and went to Advent Hospital.
We sought service on 11/25 just after 8 am stating the need for X-rays. We were taken back and seen by the PA to the. Be told the X-ray machine at that location was broken and we would need to drive to another location for X-rays. We were told that we would know the results that day. By 8 pm that evening, we had finally heard from the PA after we had called at 5 pm for inquiry. She relayed that they had not received the results yet but looks like the bone is fractured. Good morning: I’m waiting one week for a test results Dr. Scott took an she said The results will be given to me in 3 days and today I don't have any results and I'm still sick
No X-ray available. Couldn’t really tell what was causing shoulder pain. Ended up at ER. Should have gone there to start. Would have saved time and money.
