Unless I missed where there is a description on how Fast Track appointments work, I was very misled that the appointment was made for a reason instead of being a walk-in. I normally plan for some cushion for clinics/doctor’s office to be behind, but I was an hour late for work and didn’t get into my appointment time until 1.5hrs after. Wait was estimated at 1 hr 45 minutes. Waited more than three hours. Told I could not wait at home (less than 10 minutes away) and had to wait in a car in temp around 80+ degrees. Staff seemed disorganized and stated that they were not familiar with the facility. Provider did not seem familiar or experienced with simple task of removing stitches. I had an appointment at 11:15 and was called back at 1:15 as they were taking walk-ins intermittently. I understand needing to see maybe 1 walk-in between already scheduled times but there needs to be may be more providers so there’s not such a long wait time. Or make it an appointment only clinic or an only walk-in clinic maybe not both
-Excessive waiting time -Seems under staffed. -Lacks the professional health care environment seen in other urgent care facilities. -It gave me the impression of a facility for low income people.
Unfortunately we got there a little cloi to closing time, there wore no to present or welcome. Very sirous and quiet. Extremely to the point. We ask questions and some answers wore, yes, no without explanation. In top of my paid, they didn't make feel comfortable.
I went in for a head cold and was given caugh pills. I did not have a caugh,I feel it was a waist of my time and money
You are Urgent Care is a joke. Highly unprofessional. Firstly, I went online and signed up for an appointment and then showed up 10 minutes before the appointment and waited about 45 minutes finally asking at the front desk what happened to my appointment.
