Very in-personable experience from beginning to end. It started with the desk clerks complaining about how much work they had while another patient and myself waited until they felt ready to assist us (it was approx 7 min before I was helped)…this was confusing. Aren’t the patients the priority in an urgent care center? What’s worse, they just handed me paperwork to fill out…they could have done that in 10 seconds of interaction. Made appointment online same day. Wait time was ok Very professionally and the employees were very helpful.
They didn’t even check my nose I was there for a sinus infection
Went in with symptoms of diverticulitis. The doctor said she couldn’t do anything without getting a CT scan first. Sent me out to the receptionist to schedule a referral. I paid for the visit and left. Two days later, I still haven’t heard anything from the scheduling department for the CT scan. But that’s not the end of the story. Realizing I wasn’t getting anywhere, I went over to AFC urgent care and I paid for another walk in clinic visit. I was seen promptly. Quickly examined and give X-rays. (I was in for suspected broken ribs) the films were first examined on-site and it was determined I didn’t have any fractures. Several hours later I was updated that I did have one broken rib after the film was viewed by an off site radiologist. At this point I requested a copy of my X-ray and this was provided on a CD. Waited 2. 5 hours to be seen. Reservation time 430. Seen at 630. Then told no x-ray technician. Unable to do anything for me. I really don't think I should be charged for the lack of service received. I was there due to fall and foot pain.
Went in for a free covid test. Now I have a bill that was sent to collections and lost many hours dealing with your errors. Nothing about this experience is fast. Stay away.
So very slow, took over 2 1/2 hours to even get back to a room to be seen for sport’s physical. Staff was sloppy and not put together. Dr that came in didn’t listen.. we ended up leaving and going somewhere else. Service was terrible.. front desk wasn’t bad.will never go here again.
