My grandson came to you for strep throat. You called in an antibiotic for him and he was feeling better than a day or two. A couple of days later I came down with the same symptoms I'm his grandfather. I called in advance and told you what I thought I had. I get there and you test me for strep throat, covid-19 and the flu. Surprise I had none of that. All contacts were friendly and helpful. After a short wait the doctor examined me proceeded to perform COVID and flu tests and explained what my next step should be.
I sat in the waiting room for over an hour after my appointment time, which I didn't mind considering it was Christmas Eve and there was only one provider available. When I was seen by Mackenzie, the PA, she started the exam but had to step out of the room to get her stethoscope. While gone, I overheard her on the phone with someone (presumably management of some sort) complaining that "we have 10 in-house and I'm very concerned that we will be stuck here until 4:00pm." RUDE! STUCK-UP! I'M DISABLED, NOBODY WOULD HELP ME WITH MY PAPER WORK! THEY KNEW I WAS THERE FOR A STRAY CAT BITE AND NEVER TOLD ME THEY DDI NOT HAVE THE SHOTS, YET CHARGED ME FOR THE VISIT AND I STILL HAD TO GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM. MY OPINION, THEIFTS! CRUEL!!! WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND.

I arrived at this office at 1952. Walked in at 1953 to check in and make sure I could be seen. I planned on apologizing for coming in 7 minutes before closing... But before I said anything I was greeted with "you do know we close in 7 minutes" and an irritated glare. Very in-personable experience from beginning to end. It started with the desk clerks complaining about how much work they had while another patient and myself waited until they felt ready to assist us (it was approx 7 min before I was helped)…this was confusing. Aren’t the patients the priority in an urgent care center? What’s worse, they just handed me paperwork to fill out…they could have done that in 10 seconds of interaction.
