The nurse that checked me in had the worst bedside manner. She asked inappropriate questions and was judgmental. After waiting 40 minutes in an exam room I stepped out to see if someone was coming and she mocked me. When she gave me an injection she jammed the needle so hard in my butt that I started spasming. I told her how bad it hurt and she laughed in my face about it. The nurse practitioner and check in staff was friendly. Worst experience ever. I wont recommend to anyone.
It was the worst experience ever at an Urgent Care facility. I waited 4 hours before being seen and my exam room 5 minutes. The PA was fine it was the wait. Poor management for sure !!! I should have been seen for free!!!
Was a 4hr wait.would probably not go back for that reason
I made a reservation online for 12:15 and wasn’t taken back into a room until about 2:30. At that point my pain had gotten worse and I was miserable. The provider gave me a referral for an othropedic provider and when I got home, I was contacted saying they couldn’t complete the referral due to me needing a pre-authorization. The provider kept asking me if I needed a neuro referral even though I already have a neurologist and the symptoms were manifesting neurologically. 2 hour wait, nurse did not understand what causes infections and did not understand what pain medication was used for. Pretreatment is a necessary requirement in my case, they don’t understand why pretreatment is necessary.
Last time I go here. Your system could not find my insurance I had my insurance on the phone Tricare and they didn’t couldn’t find my info. Made an appt I wasn’t seen till an hr after that and was there 2 and 1/2 hours to get Prilosec. Worst urgent care around will go back to Tampa Family Health
Waited 2 1/2 hrs with apt
Had to wait over an hour even with an appointment.
I waited over an hour to have a urine drug screen done. Everyone who came after me was serviced first, until I said something.
