Liz did an outstanding job helping me during my illness. She did everything she could to make me comfortable while in your facility. My personal opinion she went above and beyond. Thank you Liz
Poor service, did not help, was uncertain/did not seem confident in conclusion. I waited 30 minutes and then was told to go see my PCP. Total waste of time and money.
Liz was fantastic, treated us with outstanding concern. Plus direct us where to go afterwards.
Waited nearly two hours to get in. Nurse practitioner was rushed. Didn’t get much time. Not really confident in the diagnosis. “It’s in your chest, not your lungs.”
You had 2 provides working I was there for 4 hours. A little much don’t you think!!! Just to get my arm cuts cleaned and wrapped.
Came in to get an X-ray. Chose your location because you advertised you had X-ray service available. Wrote that I had a two week old possible broken finger on my intake paperwork. Told the very friendly receptionist, when she asked, I was there to get an X-ray. Waited patiently for 2 hours in the lobby with nice wife and son. Office was great, PA was good, but I wasn’t prescribed anything that can stop this awful cough. Then I wrote in about it and another RX for cough didn’t work either. I’m now coughing my head off and discouraged that I would be wasting time if I came in again, but I may try and come in tomorrow if I feel up to it.
The nurse that checked me in had the worst bedside manner. She asked inappropriate questions and was judgmental. After waiting 40 minutes in an exam room I stepped out to see if someone was coming and she mocked me. When she gave me an injection she jammed the needle so hard in my butt that I started spasming. I told her how bad it hurt and she laughed in my face about it. The nurse practitioner and check in staff was friendly. Worst experience ever. I wont recommend to anyone.
It was the worst experience ever at an Urgent Care facility. I waited 4 hours before being seen and my exam room 5 minutes. The PA was fine it was the wait. Poor management for sure !!! I should have been seen for free!!!
