Staff was super friendly. Had an appointment at 12:15 pm and wasn’t brought back to a room until after 2:15. Didn’t get any updates on wait times. Finally got brought back and had a strep test done about 20 mins ago. It’s now 3:02 and they are just doing the Covid/flu test which is going to take another 15 mins. Wish they could have had the tests going during my 2 hour wait to be brought back
Grossly understaffed and the man at the front desk was flustered and incompetent.
Medical staff was incredible. Front desk was rude and unhelpful.
Well to be called “fast track” I waited for one and half hours before being called to a room.
Long wait time. Too much nonproductive activity.
Dr G was great!
Dr was terrific. Treated my concerns and I am much improved!
Appointment was @8:45am and I did not get to see anyone until after 11:30am.
I still waited in ererfor3 hours
