You have no phone number to actually call you back. Someone called with results and I have tried all day to reach you only to sit on hold. We looked online and it said you did xrays and no times were listed. We got there an were told no xray come back tomorrow. I said I would just go to the other location they said no, I could come in and been seen right away. That did not happen we waited almost an hr again the next day. Walked in at 840am. At 1040 went down the street to Trader Joe’s and grocery shopped. Came back and asked another waiting patient if they called my name and she said no one came out the whole time I was gone. I took my groceries home and left, didn’t come back. There were only 3 people in front of me when I walked in at 840 am. Only one doctor on premises. Got home at 1130a. No service from clinic.
The office was out of lids for urinalysis so what should have been an instant result had to be FedEx’d to a lab for analysis, delaying the processing of my application for employment. The tech then clumsily spilled part of the sample - any larger of a spill and there would not have been enough sample to run the test.
The wait was more than 3.5 hours. There wasn’t a lot of people there. My total treatment time was maybe 15 minutes.
I went to TGH and left with “maybe it’s X or maybe it’s Y.” I could’ve diagnosed that myself, or called Dr on Demand. There wasn’t a whole lot done to fix the symptoms. I requested a note for the next day given the condition I was in but was looked at as if “I was cheating.” I felt dismissed.
Waited 2hrs to only be told there was no X-Ray tech and that they had no splints. Referred me to another location. Unacceptable
No B/P or pulse. Was tested for flu and covid but given no instruction on if neg. How I should treat my issue. I was Called with my results . The PA seemed over whelmed and rushed and alittle short. No med list was taken. It's the 1st of the year, they didn't want my insurance card or my credit card. From beginning to end I was disappointed.
Long wait, a lot of papers to fill out had to give a credit card when I have insurance.
made an appointment for 11:15AM was there at 11:15 with three people in the waiting room I was not seen until at least 12:30 and then triaged and taken to a room to wait longer to see the PA finally PA showed up at around 1:00PM did a quick test for covid and was told results would be ready in 15 minutes 40 minutes later PA returned. People I dealt with were all good except the guy at the front desk who just had an attitude like you were bothering him! Not sure I'll be back as my prior experience here was not good either.
