Called to make an appointment, they Took all my information insurance etc. told me to my appointment was set for the next day at 9:30. When I went in there was no appointment the girl had made it for March 9. The receptionist said there was nothing she could do but I could sit and wait which I did for two hours. Never again
I told the Nurse and Doctor that I have lupus but was prescribed doxycycline monohydrate for a toe infection. Now my lupus is flairing and I've been in bed for two days. My toe is better. Not sure what to do, my rheumatologist is in Melbourne Florida.
The receptionist was very rude and condescending. The receptionist kept looking at her male counterpart and said “I love my job, I love my job, I love my job…” in a self comforting way. The other staff was fine but, I felt as if I was in inconvenient because I showed up 40 minutes before their closing time.
Bad, Yesterday a very kind doctor attended me, but even at this time the pharmacy has not received the prescription meduca wue de o tomar, which is highly irresponsible
I came in with suspected broken toes. They took X-rays of my foot & then said someone would tape my toes together. The person came in with elasticized tape but couldn’t cut it & didn’t have the right type of tape to do it. So I ended up leaving & going home to tape my toes myself. I received a call at 8 pm that night telling me that the X-rays were inconclusive & I should go to a podiatrist. The doctors and staff are extremely condescending and they will tell you that nothing is owed upon leaving and then automatically debit money from your account later on. Shady and unfair practice.
I would give them no stars if I could! First off, good luck calling the office! The number just takes you to a corporate office where nobody seems to know anything about you! Second the service level from the chat is a laugh! I was over 2 hours begging to have a doctor to kindly send me a prescription for a cough that they had already treated me for! You have no phone number to actually call you back. Someone called with results and I have tried all day to reach you only to sit on hold. We looked online and it said you did xrays and no times were listed. We got there an were told no xray come back tomorrow. I said I would just go to the other location they said no, I could come in and been seen right away. That did not happen we waited almost an hr again the next day. Walked in at 840am. At 1040 went down the street to Trader Joe’s and grocery shopped. Came back and asked another waiting patient if they called my name and she said no one came out the whole time I was gone. I took my groceries home and left, didn’t come back. There were only 3 people in front of me when I walked in at 840 am. Only one doctor on premises. Got home at 1130a. No service from clinic.
