Unaccommodating staff. They wouldn’t let me accompany my pregnant wife to her examination. Doesn’t seem how medicine or even the business of medicine should be practiced. Very upsetting.

We did mind the wait but the male doctor was very rude. When you have patients waiting , no matter the reason , you need to be trained how to talk to your patients . Especially, after waiting 2-3 hours just to be told medical concern was valid or invalid due to your personal opinions .

Overall I am not satisfied. I found out the physician ran an extra test without notifying me or asking for my consent. I had to go to a different physician less than a week later to have a completely different diagnosis and took me off all previously prescribed medications. Also I asked for a copy of the visit in case I needed it and never got one.

I went to the urgent care facility on Gunn Highway on Friday morning with nausea. I left with. Referral back to my primary care doctor. The TGH Urgent care doctor examined my abdomen, but didn’t put his observations in his notes. He verbally told me that he suspected gall bladder, but failed to give me a script to go for a scan. After going back to my primary care doctor, this visit to TGH Urgent Care was a waste of time.

If we could give zero stars we would. Worst experience at a hospital/urgent care ever! Especially the fact that you had a 10 year old waiting for almost 8 hours! The left hand didn’t know what the right was doing. Never even saw an actual doctor…: went in for a broken finger and left with tape we could’ve done at home only to be told to contact an orthopedic surgeon. No MRI to see if tendons were torn. I had an appointment and waited 10 min to even be acknowledged to check in. I explained I was there for an ankle injury and that it was possibly broken or sprained. I them filled out paperwork and waited for over 2 hours to be seen. Only AFTER I was brought back to the exam room was I told the facility did not have an x-ray machine. I was in so much pain and I was so frustrated I just started crying. The nurse practitioner apologized and said I should have been told at check-in. It was such a wast of time. I waited for an hour for a drug test. To urinate in a little cup and be done in five minutes, this is an unreasonable amount of time. The lab tech who assisted me was nice, but that is the only redeeming factor of this trip

Terrible experience I took a drug screen and shared that I take prescription pain medication and didn’t want an issue. I brought my bottle with me. I was told that it want a problem that they would call me. I never got a call so followed up and was told that my employer already was sent the results . I was very unhappy as that is not the process and I was basically told that it was too late and I should discuss with employer. Was seen in a timely manner but was told I needed tests that they were unable to do. In fact am not sure they can do any testing. Not even blood test or CT. So unless one goes there with something simple it appears they cannot help.you. Was not told what i would be billed but hope it will not be much as all I did was sit in the exam room, bp taken, and given a vomit bucket. Shame they can't run some tests.
