Waited way too long to see a PA. Such a big space and only 1 doctor on site.. The PA wasn’t very robotic. Shooting questions at me. Not a comforting feeling..
Front desk and the people speak spanish it’s so rude they need to be nice
It was aweful, I was left waiting in a room while I could hear everyone outside the door carrying on a conversation not about business. I was hooked up to an ekg and left laying on the table way to long. My test results came back abnormal. Not a surprise! When I was sent to a specialist they said my test result was perfect. All I kept being told was we have a new system over and over and not to be rude but that was not my problem. It should not have affected me and my visit.
Refered to hospital after 2 visits to clinic. Not enough info provided for the hospital to take action. Caused 8 hour delay and for my condition deteriorate to get the necessary care.
Visit was satisfactory. During my workman's comp visit saw a NP and the Physicians report wasn't filled out. Went back the next day I formed them that the form was missed and was time sensitive due to my employer being a federal agency. The NP I saw was off and tgey scanned in the form and sent to someone said they'd call when done. 24 hours later I return form was not back. Hello: I was misdiagnosed she wrote acute sinusitis when my tmj is getting worse and was diagnosed with trigéminal neuralgia. I’m disappointed with what occurred in my case.
Did not identify the problem. Seemed more concerned with rushing us out. My Grandson was in pain again the next night; but did not want to go back there.
The wait time was reasonable. The Physicians Assistant was excellent. The Tech that did my vital signs was good but could be more friendly. I had to have a steroid injection and had a reaction. The PA and Tech were very responsive. By the time I left the Tech had warmed up and I had her laughing. Overall I thought it was a good experience with a good outcome. I was assisted by the Nurse Practioner who advised me that it would take approxiamately 30 mins for my prescription to be filled. Come to find out it took up to 72 hours to be filled. They had my insurance card yet called in my prescription to a pharmacy who does not take my insurance like Walgreens which is huge, Urgent care should have known this! Then my husband went in got tested for Covid and the doctor refused to test me as well!
