I went to the office last Friday 04/07/23. 10 minutes before closing, I apologized for going late, because I knew they closed at 8:00 pm, the ladies at the front desk were so rude, they didn’t want to provide me any services , (I had been there before, never had an issue) she threw my ID and my insurance card to the other lady, I was in shock, I tried to explain what happened with my back, it’s the first time I go to the urgent care for a muscular pain, and she started making sounds, rolled her eyes, it was awful and I feel... read more
Somehow, after completing several intake forms .. the staff used the incorrect DOB for my prescription. The script wasn’t found. I made a return visit to the facility at TGH to use the paper script & turn that in to the pharmacy to fill the order. This took 2 days following difficult experiences trying contact staff through their customer service line. Smh.
The treating physician didn’t attempt anything to remove the object from his nose and sent us to ER. ER seemed very surprised that and Urgent Care sent us there and had us do a pretty common practice (“mother’s kiss”) to dislodge.
My injury was obvious to naked eye. Still billed me for telling me you can't help and to go to ER. Fraud.
It was not a good experience.
No stars.... worst service I have ever received....schedule a time on line and arrived 15 minutes early. Waited for over an hour and a half past that time and was never called. I asked why I was skipped and was told its bases on when you arrive. After the person talked to me she went to the back and you could hear her laughing. Why have a place to schedule an appointment if you are not going to keep the appointment. Will never go back.
Had sinus pressure, sore throat, and some coughing. The staff took my weight and checked my vital signs. The person who met with me tried to upsell Covid and strep throat tests. She admitted she didn't see puss in my throat, so strep wasn't likely. Told me it was a virus, there was nothing she could do, and if it wasn't better after the weekend to come back. I had every symptom that made standing up at the front trying to first, connect to wifi, and then get into or set up an account, an absolutely miserable experience. Just horrible.
Awful experience with front desk.
