The doctor and the X-ray doctor couldn’t decide on jayden findings. The doctor said he have a fracture and the X-ray technician said he didn’t so I don’t understand the child is in pain. I paid for the X-ray and doctor. I have to go somewhere else to find out about Jayden foot. I would like them to review it again so Jayden foot can heal properly.
Horrible! Waited over 1.5 hours to only be dismissed by the nurse practitioner on staff. She was of no help or suggestions on what a possible issue could be. When I asked her questions she shrugged her shoulders. It was a complete waste of my time and money- but beyond that she was just rude. I highly recommend finding a different urgent care. However, I do want to add the gentleman who took my vitals / intake was very nice and empathetic to the situation.
Two or three people who arrived after me - were taken prior to me. Other than that - everything was perfect.
The front was lacking any sense of professionalism and sense of urgency. We waited 2 hours to be called only to be told there was nothing they could do and sent us to the emergency room. There were ants crawling all over the floor in the lobby and the furniture was dirty and extremely uncomfortable.
I had a 2:30 appointment and was not seen until 4:45. Not sure if MA even graduated, said I have no tonsils, but I do. She wrote the wrong prescription, my pharmacist noticed it was not a drug for me. I call and advised, a new prescription would be send over. It was for the same wrong drug, just the work nausea was changed to cough. My pharmacist was closing and directed me to an OTC medication to take.
Was 1/2 people in the waiting room and waited for over an hour to be seen. The new way of doing paperwork is over complicated and unnecessary.
The after visit scrip was for an ‘off the shelf’ product. I was not told that so I waited in pharmacy line CVS to find out it was over the counter product. Time is more precious when you are old. Don’t waste it.
If you want to wait hours after making appointments and people who can care less about you then go Here!!!!!! Tampa General is going Down Hill So Bad Its Scary !!!!!!!!
I had a pre-booked, confirmed appointment for 6:30pm. Upon arrival, the front desk staff member seemed rather overwhelmed with seven walk-ins and the ‘new system’ requiring everyone to complete either paperwork or an online check-in process. I was complete with my electronic check-in process by 6:40 and then was told to wait until my name was called. There was no priority provided given I had a confirmed appointment.
