My husband and I both went on the same day. PA MacKenzie misdiagnosed my UTI and gave me the wrong antibiotics. The lab called and said it was an e-coli bacteria and phoned in stronger medication. My husband's sinus and ear infection was not treated and he received NO antibiotics. So we are both still sick. The girl at the front desk charged us $250 a person, when our insurance cards say $40 right on the front. We expect a $420 refund from your company STAT. My faith in PA'S is now null and void. I wasn’t feeling well, was already in the office, yet I was told to complete pre/visit information electronically. I believe that was inhumane. There should be other options for someone who is already in your facility waiting. I finally got into the room and it took a while to be seen. I would not recommend anyone to your facility.

Didn’t get any antibiotic and now have infection cough worse. Prescribed rinse for throat that numbed my mouth and had side effects concerned about. When I tried to call at 8am and 9am today couldn’t reach a person over the phone. Yesterday waited while to be seen and taken care of. In the past would get good care meds and shots because my allergies and asthma but sure will go back.

I came in for a UDS for an employer. There was 1 person in the lobby. I spent 2 hours waiting to leave a urine sample. I asked the front desk staff how much longer it would be and she said, they’re coming any minute. I waited another 45 minutes and at that point, I was ready to explode. The front desk staff did not care to provide any type of customer service since they continued their personal conversations throughout the entire time I was in the lobby. Long wait, 1 hour and 30 mins, we got into the waiting room and we were going to wait another 30 mins, the practitioner nurse was really nice and said I will check your child now. My son was not feeling well, had chills, fever and waiting so long to be seeing, I asked the lady in front desk how long will it take already there for a while, in not a nice tone she said don't know, it is going to be a while , I can't tell you how many In front of you, meanwhile my kid was shaking in the lobby. We got there 9:30, we left 11 am.

It was a long wait, only one receptionist during lunch time and only two Physician Assistants (PA) with one at lunch and no physicians. So, during lunch period you will sit there waiting for a long, long time. After about 2 hours, both PAs where uncomfortable to do sticking on an eyebrow and asked me to go to an ER. So, I end up with an Urgent Care bill and an ER bill. I was very unhappy to say the least.

The staff was friendly enough, but I didn’t they they did a thorough job of diagnosing me. I ended up having to go to my primary care the next day where they found I had a bad ear infection with the tympanic membrane being pink and refracted. When she checked my ears at the urgent care it was a cursory look and she never said anything looked bad. I now cannot hear out of that ear. The timing of when I went to my primary care after the clinic was less than 24 hours.

The doctor and the X-ray doctor couldn’t decide on jayden findings. The doctor said he have a fracture and the X-ray technician said he didn’t so I don’t understand the child is in pain. I paid for the X-ray and doctor. I have to go somewhere else to find out about Jayden foot. I would like them to review it again so Jayden foot can heal properly.

Horrible! Waited over 1.5 hours to only be dismissed by the nurse practitioner on staff. She was of no help or suggestions on what a possible issue could be. When I asked her questions she shrugged her shoulders. It was a complete waste of my time and money- but beyond that she was just rude. I highly recommend finding a different urgent care. However, I do want to add the gentleman who took my vitals / intake was very nice and empathetic to the situation.
