Got there late. Seem to have an abundance of other patients. Had to wait 30-45 minutes. Got called and was in and out within 15-20 minutes.
Waited 90 minutes for a short/ routine diagnosis
Pharmacy needed a different med and was unable to reach or get a response to this clinic. It appears that there is the same phone number for all of the clinics and no one answers it. I will NOT use this or any other TGHClinic against
We made an appointment and we’re seen 2 hours after the appointment time. There was only 1 doctor treating all those patients. We told the medical assistant the pharmacy we wanted the prescription to go to and he put in the wrong number, so she was not able to start her medication until the next day. The pharmacy that the medication was called in was closed by the time we got out. This will be our very last resort. I would rather sit in the emergency room then go back to this office.
My daughter and I waited over an hour to be seen when we had scheduled an appointment. What is the use of having the ability to schedule an appointment when you are not seen at the scheduled time.
I had a laceration on my finger and I lost a lot of blood. I had to fill out new patient info from my phone which was hard to do because I was in pain. There were many upset patients in the waiting room. Finally after 2 hours of waiting I saw the nurse practitioner. She must have been training a new NP. She had to go over what the first NP did. I had a choice to get stiches or glue and I opted for the glue.
Did nothing for me, went in there for a few issues came out , nothing resolved, waste of time and money
I feel the clinic should be able to do more than they do. My father age 92 is diabetic and tore a tonail which was sticking straight up. The Nurse Practioner spoke with the doctor that did not come in and see my father, that they had no tools to cut the toe nail. They prescribed an antibiotic and told him to see a podiatrist. His podiatrist was not available and that is why we went to the clinic. They put in a request to see one of their on call podiatrist but could not guarantee he could get an appointment. I went in this office bcs i had a teammate positive with covid and bcs i was sick as a dog with upper respiratory or sinus infection… NP only tested me for covid even though it could have been many other things such as the flu… I asked for a steroid shot but the provider refused even though I felt like death.
