Wait time was over two hours, w Then when I finally was taken in I was not able to stay and see the doctor as my wife had a doctors appointment and needed our car . Told the doctor that I would have to comeback later in the day which I did. When I returned the receptionist told me that I had to redo the paper work because they do not keep it. Not pleased with the way the PA-C handled my visit. I caught this from my husband and I was trying to avoid getting worse, which I did. I felt it was a wasted visit. She prescribed pseudoephedrine which is Sudafed or other over the counter drugs and did not tell me this. My insurance company rejected this prescription. In talking to my Pharmacist, I asked him if this was Sudafed and if the dose was the same. Yes was his answer. Why not tell me this. Also, my chart indicated that I have high blood pressure. Wanted to see a Doctor but none scheduled that day. My concern was light heaviness that had lasted a month. My PCP could not see me for a month and told me to go to Urgent Care. Even blood tests had to go to PCP. I got a nurse practioner. She completed overlooked my previous brain surgery. Told me to eat more iron rich foods. Felt like I wasted my time and money.
Your advertising for making appointments online ahead of time is a bunch of bull. Made appt. for 9am and wasn’t called in until around 11:30.
Not happy with the wait time, what is the purpose of making an appointment, if you have a 40 minute wait to get called back. I had an appointment. Arrived 10 minutes before, in case there was any paperwork I needed to fill out. Waited 40 minutes till I was called back to the exam room. I spent five minutes with the nurse, and 10 minutes with the doctor. Short time getting services L-O-N-G wasted waiting time in the lobby.
I had an appointment and still waited about 2 hours in waiting room. Before ever being called back. Your nurse practitioner was sweet and courteous, seemingly doing the best she could. Looks like too many patients and not enough help. Seems like it is all about the money you make and not the patients. Spent about 5 hours there for so called virus I am now antibiotics for from my personal doctor.
A claim was submitted to my insurance company but I was never seen left with EMS from my car.. very disappointing!!
I had an appointment and when I arrived there was one family checking in and one already waiting four families came in after me. They took everyone before me. Then you don’t see a doctor what you get is a PA. They charge you $250 for this. It’s cheaper to o to the ER. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this there but it will be the last.
