I hated going through my phone to get registered. I felt like crap and didn’t like the confusion. I waited 2 1/2 hours. Arggghhhhhh

I had biopsy done and appeared one was infected wanted to confirm. Nurse I saw said “I don’t know as I don’t know what area looked like before”. I find it confusing that a trained nurse cannot confirm an infection.

My daughter went here for severe eye infection. She waited 3 hours while others came and went. All so they could charge her $195 and give her eye drops that made her eyes worse. She tried to reach the doctor there several times. When someone finally called, she missed the call and when she tried to call back she was routed to a messaging system that kept looping to the same "press 1 if..." etc. I sent an email regarding her need and never received an answer; nor did she. I fell and was in excruciating pain. X-ray performed. Initial diagnosis was hamstring tear. NP never even touched or examined me. Back thigh is horrendously bruised and swollen. No wrap as indicated treatment should be.

God bless the PA. She sent me to the ER. Said I might have a blood clot. Sure enough. Several blood clots in my lungs.

Good luck getting a call back with testing results. You sit in a call queue for long periods of time and then receive “sorry something went wrong, please call back” message, to call back and then repeat. Literally, no one calls back or responds. There is not a direct line - just a call center loop. Could not get a call back from records, billing, etc. this is an extremely poorly run business.

Wait time was over two hours, w Then when I finally was taken in I was not able to stay and see the doctor as my wife had a doctors appointment and needed our car . Told the doctor that I would have to comeback later in the day which I did. When I returned the receptionist told me that I had to redo the paper work because they do not keep it.
