I have went to the same urgent care two times in the past week. I have a terrible cough, difficulty swallowing, swollen tonsils, and an earache, and I cannot get any medicine. You have been warned. If you don’t test positive for Covid, the flu, or strep than I guess your better off just living with your sickness because they won’t perscribe you anything. GIANT waste of time and money and now I have to go to the hospital. Thanks urgent care. If I could put zero starts I would.
Normally I dont have any issues. Staff was nice and wait wasnt very long. With that being said, on this past visit my script(antibiotic ointment for infection) was sent to the wrong pharmacy location. By the time I got to the correct pharmacy, they were closed. Called Fast Trak back around 7:45pm and spoke with someone who was actually at the location I was seen at so she remembered me. Not good a lot of info on your website needed updated ! Needed a recertification . Doctor was treating it like a new qualification’ not very happy with your provider!
The doctor refused to prescribe antibiotics for the strep throat that I had. I had to wait for an appointment with my doctor in order to receive such treatment. Now I feel much better.
It was a money grab. not care for my well being
was there for 4 hours, had a fever, chills so bad i had to wait outside to not freeze, kept falling asleep on the ground outside, no one cared.
I had an appointment and still waited over an hour to be seen. Waiting room freezing. Still had to been seen via telehealth couple days after this appointment so I feel like I wasted my time.
The doctor took her time with me and explained everything to me. She was very knowledgeable and she also understood me as I'm also in the medical field and she wrote me the note that I needed to have in order to go back to work. All of the staff from the time I walked in the door to the doctor treating me and until the time I left everything was wonderful five stars and I really appreciate that!
I had very high blood pressure, the receptionist was not friendly, she was antagonistic and kept me in the waiting room for 1 1/2 hrs waiting.
