Sat waiting for 1hr 15 minutes. Stuck in a room I was about to leave when nurse practitioner came in. Told her I was frustrated and my time is as valuable as hers. She was okay if I left. Upon that didn't have any interest in helping me get better. I asked for antibiotics and cough syrup to help sleep and advised I needed to get better quick because my daughter was pregnant and had a shower to attend. She didn't care, gave me nothing. Had appointment, got right in and out in 20 minutes great place 3rd time there in the last year
Long wait for people who are sick
I arrived at approx 12:45 and was told to pre-register online. Which I did. While I was completing the document online several others came in. I waited patiently until several others came and went. Finally 1:45 I asked when will I be seen and the young ladies said I was next. 3 other people were called and left. Employes talking and joking very loud so patients could hear. Not professional. Hurts the hospital which I thought was excellent.
Checked my chart and medications entered incorrectly, makes me think hope my covid test was not false positive. Provider should offer what best OTC medications to take based on experience with treating Covid. You need to have a list of providers at these urgent care clinics working that day and background education experience etc so a patient can decide if to go there, says board certified Drs and I saw a PA. Nothing against PAs but patents should know or have that choice.
waited for a long for 2 hours just to get prescribed Flonase for a cold that turned in to a sinus infection. Waste of time. Who ever works there needs to go back to school.

Had an appointment was in and out within 25 minutes, Mary was excellent she explained everything and was very professional.
