Had 2:15 appointment and was not seen by a nurse until 3:40. The person that took my vitals barley spoke, showed zero interest in being pleasant and obviously does not like her job.
I am on vacation from NY and my ear had some blockage, called my insurance company and they told me the closest provider was TGH urgent care , so I went there and it was the Worst place to go, lady at the reception desk was rude , she claimed that my insurance was not accepted there, although my insurance company said they were a contracted provider, I think she was too lazy to do any paperwork , I even called my insurance company back and they verified that they accept my insurance. The person who did my Flu and Covid need much more training. Very poor method of swabbing. Someone really need to teach him how to do each swab. The Pt is coming to the urgent care to get helped. The receptionist was so unpleasant or not welcoming at all. The medical team kee forgetting what she was going to say… I promised myself I will never go there again. I had two prescriptions sent to MacDill Air, Force Base. I can only get my antibiotics because on the second prescription, there was no directions on how to use it so they would not fill it.

Prescriptions were never called in. Called same day during business hours to get an update and literally could not reach anyone on the phone except your 3rd party billing company. Customer service line leaves you on hold for 5 minutes then disconnects automatically. I have went to the same urgent care two times in the past week. I have a terrible cough, difficulty swallowing, swollen tonsils, and an earache, and I cannot get any medicine. You have been warned. If you don’t test positive for Covid, the flu, or strep than I guess your better off just living with your sickness because they won’t perscribe you anything. GIANT waste of time and money and now I have to go to the hospital. Thanks urgent care. If I could put zero starts I would.
Normally I dont have any issues. Staff was nice and wait wasnt very long. With that being said, on this past visit my script(antibiotic ointment for infection) was sent to the wrong pharmacy location. By the time I got to the correct pharmacy, they were closed. Called Fast Trak back around 7:45pm and spoke with someone who was actually at the location I was seen at so she remembered me.
