I wasted 2 1/2 hours because someone in management insisted patients use computer site (phone) to log in and update history. So maybe that's not to bad in your mind but you also didn't have an xray tech to look at my injury. Maybe that isn't bad but your ridiculous insistence on keyboard work nonsense caused me to be too late to go next door to Tower because their xraybtech left at 4 pm. I went for an out of state college physical paid $95 arrived with all forms and vaccine record. Left with completed form ***cleared *** but no mention of vaccines required to live in the dorm. I now have to schedule another visit somewhere to get vaccines required to live on campus. Waste of time.
I called before I went and was told that they had the ability to sufficiently test for my concerns. That was not the case, as I saw the doctor and was told that I needed to go to the ER because they could not do the testing on site. It was a waste of time and money.
I don't like that we had to get on MY CHART to sign for an appointment. We do not work for you. We are Sr Citizens and are not computer literate. My husband and I came to Urgent care because we were sick. The girl at the desk said that she cannot get on My Chart for us. Excuse me,TGH Urgent care CAN get into it. She was able to get my username!!!! You are in a Sr community, please start treating us with more respect!
We had an appt time for 10:30 am. Apparently there is no such thing as an appointment time. We waited over 3 hours to be seen. At the appointment the nurse practitioner (we never even saw a doctor) gave us a prescription. The was a problem with the prescription so it was sent back to the urgent care office. The office never answered the pharmacy so we have yet to receive the prescription. I will never use urgent care again. Total waste of time and money!
I came for pain in my right hip and leg. I left with pain. I have no medicine for the pain. The Publix called for the Dr. To lower the dose of the patch for pain and I never got it. So it was a blank waisted trip ....not satisfied this trip..
First your web site says you make appointments. I in fact I had one for 9:15. When we got there at 9 we were told you do not make appointments. There are many places to go around your location that would have given us an appt. Ok so no appt!!! We had to wait for over a. Hour just to get in to the first office. Then had to wait again in the second place. Now…..the good of coming there….the two people we saw were nice even though not a doctor in sight. We were treated ok and they even had an X-ray taken. Extended wait. Provider not helpful at all. Provider and staff very detached. Felt like I was in an assembly line. Everything very rushed. Very disappointed with the entire experience.
I was there for 7 hours! They did nothing for me. No exray,no medicine for my pain. I felt like I didn't matter. I had to call out for work.
