I came in for bloodwork and was told by my employer a few days later that the lab was unable to do the test because my blood was not labeled properly with my name. No one from the clinic called me or reached out in any other way. I now have to take more time out of another work day to go to a different clinic and get blood draw an again. I also had a TB test and when I came back for my read I waited an hour for the clinician to look at my arm for 2 seconds. Hopefully in the future you can prioritize patients better. Waiting time was ridiculous nothing urgent about this place. The NP was very nice but when you’re not feeling well you want from check in to check out experience to be good as well. I didn’t care for the RN at all. Also it should never take almost an hour to check nobody In especially when you don’t even have a full house. Just ridiculous
Came in for a pre-employment drug screen. Waited 30 minutes. Not enough chairs - because of social distance cannot sit beside another person. A family member left because of no chairs available.
On Friday August 25, 2023, I went to this urgent care for possible strep throat symptoms. They had me update my chart and my allergies. I am severely allergic to Lidocaine which I updated and put down that I get shortness of breath and have difficulty breathing, and get spasms if i use or come in contact with lidocaine. Firstly, I waited about 2.5 hours to spend approximately nine minutes with the APRN. Secondly, I did preface the visit with saying I've had some type of influenza and particularly what was most bothering me was a moderate to moderate plus lower back pain. I did bring this up TWICE. had a bladder infection found out it was bacterial not a yeast infection. Using new medications to try to correct. has been going on for 10 days.
Estuve esperando como 2 horas con un dolor terible y cuando me pasan sin nisiquiera tocarme me dicen que no pueden hacer nada porque no tienen rayos X funcionando. Creo que cuando llegamos y le dijimos en el frente que tenia un fuerte dolor en el abdomen. hubisen consultado y si requeria un X ray y no lo teneian me hubiesen dicho. no te podemos atender por esa razon y yo entiendo. pero dejarme alli con el dolor y luego de dos hras decir que no pueden hacer nada. Honestly a waste of time. I made my appointment online because I could not get a hold of the office don’t bother making an appointment here because you’re still going to have about five walkins head of you. They will not tell you if you haven’t checked in so you could wait a whole hour and realize you haven’t checked it. They have horrible communication and customer service in the lobby.
