Just ok. Was not seen by an actual doctor. Did not get the authorizations that I came in there for. They bill the HMO for over $400 which is a genuine rip-off.
arrived early was waiting to open several others came after me but were seen before me, not serious peoblems spoke with them while i was waiting so knew why they were there. got e-mail and text that my card was being billed 225$. my health ins has a 40# co-pay for emergency service evidently they didnt care about my ins. WILL NEVER GO AGAIN
Asked to select a time slot online, And had to wait 3 hours to see a doctor. Also staff was a little rude when I asked about the wait.
I’m not at all satisfied with my experience. I left the care center still not having a diagnosis or clear understanding of what the problem is.
I wish I could put zero. My boyfriend and I came in for a X-ray due to his finger being slammed in a door and we’re told it was a hour wait. 3 hours later constantly getting skipped and told random times. He’s sitting in agony pain with no communication nor clue when he’ll be seen. Poor poor urgent care
Waited 2 hours after my appointment for a 15 minute covid test. What is the point of appointments?
Four hour wait. 3 1/2 in the waiting room to get into a room. And another half hour in the room waiting to see the doctor. Everyone was very nice but that’s ridiculous. I won’t be coming back. I might as well travel 30 minutes for less wait and I’ll still get out sooner than I did at your location.
A 4.5 hour wait, because they had only one service provider (doctor). They brought another one in and that who I saw, but it was a revolving door of patients in for so many different things like drug testing, physicals etc... Very inefficient operation.
The recommendation of the provider was for me to "suck a lemon or sour candies." When I tried to explain that I was unable to do those things, he said there were no other options for me. He did not let me explain that it was because of previous dental issues I was unable to do those things. I left extremely frustrated after waiting 2 and a half hours to be told to suck a lemon.
