Had to wait two hours and there’s only one doctor and only about three patients ahead of me it was awful when I finally got in the doctor saw me for about five minutes. I would not go back. Need to have more doctors or nurse practitioners that can get you in a timely manner.
I came to this urgent care last Tuesday. It was about 40 minutes until they closed. When I walked in the receptionist was shaking her head. She seemed upset that I was coming in to get treated. I felt very unwelcomed and uncomfortable. When you feel sick, that’s the last thing you need after the kiosk wouldn’t take my information on the third time the other receptionist was like oh yeah, there’s a glitch they just seemed unaware and unhelpful in general. The force that was used to check for an UTI was much more than necessary!
Long wait time eventhough I made appointment. I had to call insurance and give my phone to representative in front. Not very helpful
The "check-in" process is ridiculous. They don't put you in line immediately when you walk in. First you have to fill out 5 different repetitive forms. I waited 2 hours to be told I needed to go to the ER. The woman medical receptionist had an attitude like she didn't want to be there. The male receptionist did nothing the entire time I was there, except play on his phone. One employee didn't show up for work and another called in sick (on a Sunday no less). Very poorly managed. The end.
Receptionist had trouble checking me in, I had to put info in 3 times. NP called the wrong person back, and just said "oops wrong person go back to the waiting room." Really impersonal and NP was just so nasty
This facility is unorganized. I realize it’s an urgent care facility but what is the point of making an appointment and waiting 2 hours anyways? Also, I needed two PAs to tell me what was wrong with me and didn’t receive a print out for my diagnosis. Yes, I know everything is online now but I was still surprised by this. Also, if you want to follow up with the diagnosis or need additional information, you can never get through to anyone there. They dismissed all my concerns and I ended up in the ER
The staff could not locate my records and I had to processed as a new patient. I was informed the records were on the old system and they now use epic. Therefore, they could not access the records. When departing, we were now given the disc for the X-ray taken, nor instruction on how to follow up with orthopedic specialist, which was recommended by the PA during the visit.
