They do not clearly explain the attention to be given when one arrives at the reception. They only know how to charge. You have to sign, almost obligatory, the paper they give you, because otherwise they don't give you anything. They only take care of the lawsuits they may have due to malpractice. As in all medical places in Florida and the United States.
Well, well, it's been a week and I still have not received the results of my xbray even though I called and asked him for it. They said it wasn't ready, and I've never heard back from them again. The same thing happened the last time I visited the facility. The staff was very nice but I don't think I'm ever going to come back.
We arrived at 7:50a and did not see a Dr for 4.5 hours.
I visited the walking clinic on 301 Riverview FL, Yesterday, about 9:00 Am. Walgreens is unable to fill the prescription because it is missing information. Walgreens claims they have called and left messages. Over 24 hours and still waiting for my pain medicine. No one from this TGH Urgent Care has contact Walgreens.
Sent home with three days of cough, headache, sinus pressure, drainage, body aches. Just take iburprofen which I already take and was not working.
1.5 HOUR WAIT TIME. NEED. TO DO BETTER.
I had just been there the day before with my husband and knew the drill for covid treatment but when I called, was told I had to come in. I made an appointment, I filled out all the paperwork online (1/2 hour) but still had to wait over an hour when I got there. 3 1/2 minutes with the doctor to get a prescription called in. Dr wasn’t very helpful nor seemed to care. She seemed tired!
After testing positive for Covid and having been out for a week prior, I felt it best to apply for leave from work. When I returned with the paperwork the next day (24th). I attached a handwritten explanation clearly communicating my absence the week prior to have it included. There also appears to have been a breakdown in communication for when I should return to work.
