My experience with TGH Urgent care started with an 8:30am appointment at Seminole. I arrived at 8:20 and completed the self electronic check-in. Shortly thereafter, the provider came to waiting area and stated ‘they’ had computer issues and were unable to see patients. You could hear the desk staff on the phone with IT. Hello, the service was good, what is not good is the completion of the FMLA forms that I personally dropped off on 11/3/2023, was charged $50.00 and told would be completed within 4 to 7 days. I have called about six times with no resoultion. I have advised this has put me in a hardship as it has inpacted my pay and as of today 11/29/2023, I have not heard back from anyone. No health care provider ever connected with me. I called twice to do a virtual Tele health call. The first time I waited 30mins and the second time I waited over an hour. I was completely upset and discussed especially since I work as an RN for TGH. Will never use again!!
Will never go back to that place.
Long wait and not make any test for check and make correct diagnosis and the doctor make a random diagnosis and treatment I need visit after that ER because my daughter make more worse and the right diagnosis are RSV not ear infection.
The doctor didn’t even do a pelvic exam. I did my own swab to send to the lab…. And was given two medications to treat to different things until “we figure it out” Really unprofessional patient care

I had to wait 3 hours despite making an appointment online. I completed the paperwork online as well and had to fill it out again. The wait time was very long for everyone who was there. I felt that I had to answer questions about my health several times to different providers (which was also on the paperwork), allergy information, pharmacy information, etc. The provider I saw was helpful, kind and thorough however the process itself left much to be desired.
Waited in line for way too long with a broken toe just to check in Patients standing at check in filling out paperwork that could’ve been done sitting down Very frustrating X-ray done per my request
