i had been to my regular doctor the previous friday and symptoms got worse over the weekend and first/middle of this week...i think from here on out i'll go directly to urgent care and bypass my primary care doctor's office...primary care doctor's office had next date of service on april 24th for their next appointment date, 4 months from now...
Waited over 40 minutes for a service was asked to return at a later time when I indicated I had a strict deadline for service I came for to begin with . Unprofessional and inconsiderate
Made an appointment and got there 15 min early. What a joke!! Waited 2hours and when I asked why so long I was told “ we do not pay any attention to appointments.
I called before 10 am and was told that they would talk to provider and call me back and 24 hrs later still haven't been called.
I went to be seen for a sore throat, congestion. Chest X-ray should have been ordered for symptoms. Could not deep breathe and O2 sat 92%. No treatment. Was told to continue home therapy, and if no better in a week, to come back. Contacted my PCP the following day and was ordered a Zpak. I continue with the same symptoms and not feeling any better
Terrible app. Horrible ! Notice of my appointment needed while in waiting room came next day (after appointment). Much better service in ER than in clinic.
Over two hour wait to be seen. Doctor not focused. Seen and diagnosed for flu. Went to other urgent care next day and immediately treated for pneumonia and diagnosed for pneumonia via X-ray.
My experience with TGH Urgent care started with an 8:30am appointment at Seminole. I arrived at 8:20 and completed the self electronic check-in. Shortly thereafter, the provider came to waiting area and stated ‘they’ had computer issues and were unable to see patients. You could hear the desk staff on the phone with IT. Hello, the service was good, what is not good is the completion of the FMLA forms that I personally dropped off on 11/3/2023, was charged $50.00 and told would be completed within 4 to 7 days. I have called about six times with no resoultion. I have advised this has put me in a hardship as it has inpacted my pay and as of today 11/29/2023, I have not heard back from anyone.
