Waited 6 hours in an understaffed facility. Finally was able to see the doctor, she saw my discomfort and told me I could leave and she would call me in 20 minutes with my results and any prescriptions I needed. I did not get a call. I chose to call them 30 minutes before the pharmacy closed in hopes of getting a hold of someone. Call center told me that I'd get a back in 24 to 48 hours. Which was no help. Not help with my issue
I arrived at 8am and it's now 11am and im still waiting in the lobby. They might want to consider changing the name to Slow Track".
I made an appointment online for 8:30. I arrived at the office at 8:15 and waited about 25 minutes just to check in. Only 1 rep checking in and doing paperwork for all patients. I had completed my checkin online and did not have to complete additional forms. Took about 20 more minutes to be called into the exam room. Waited about 30 MORE minutes for the APRN to see me. Her exam took 8 minutes TOPS. She left and came back 10 minutes later with paperwork and prescriptions, care directions and info. My entire visit lasted 1:45... read more
I was waiting for 3 hours they didnt care about me i am deaf person .. doctor is very good
I came in for a drug screening and it took forever to get me seen. When people are coming in for a drug screening, u can’t have them wait for an hour to pee in a cup. People are coming in ready to urinate. The guy next to me was waiting for over an hour to be seen. The staff was very nice and courteous but obviously your understaffed and need to get your act together. People’s time is valuable and we’re paying a lot of money to come there.
