once I was called back it was quick BUT 1130a appt was two hour wait. 7 people ahead when arrived but should not take two hours to clear out rooms. Limited labs n radiology in urgent care. Either poorly staffed or slow employees. I have 37 years hospital experience. Disappointing
It wasn't the best experience. I made the appointment online uploading insurance information and other stuff that you are required. I arrived at 615pm but I had to wait 1hr and 47min before being seen. The front desk people is not helpful or empathetic at all and take a lot of time to process your information and asked my again for the information I had completed online when making the appointment. Scheduled 1130a; wasn’t seen for two hours
Arrived at 9:00 am waited 21/2 hours. Only 1 provider that day. Was with the Dr. 5 minutes.
Horrible Customer Service, long wait times without alot of people in waiting room. They make you pay before they will put your name on the waiting list...
They are very limited in what they can do to help because they don't have access to tools such as MRI's that all hospitals have.
I Went in as a walk-in and checked in on my chart. I Check-in and the front desk was emphatic and said to come back in 1hr and 20 minutes if sooner she would call me. So I left and came back later and I wasn't feeling well so I had my husband go in and he we was told another hour, I went home I could;t hold my heald up any longer and my asthma was exacerbated. Too much to text Your check in system is very confusing.
The only reason this location is getting any stars is because of the front desk receptionist. She was very nice and helpful. As for the individual that did my so called exam, she had a bad attitude and only tested me for covid. Later that day I went to a CVS minute clinic because I didn't trust the TGH nurse/doc whatever she was. I was tested for Strep, Covid, and the Flu at the minute clinic and came back positive for the flu.
