Before my visit I asked the representative if doctor will remove skin tag on the private area. I felt like it got infected. The doctor Nicole did not even exam the area. She just looked at it and said she can't do anything and that I need to see a gynecologist. She seemed disgusted by it and as I mentioned before it was a private area. I asked to be tested more than 3 times and was refused flu testing
I was in the Urgent Care on Lumsden for 5-6 hours to get antibiotics and cough-pearls for a cold that wouldn't let up and was probably a sinus infection. There was only one PA practitioner. I know things happen, but that was a long time to wait, and many others would have lost patience.
How about a four and half hour long wait to see the only one doctor on the schedule. Saw the dr for a total of four minutes. She said she couldn’t help me I would have to got to the hospital. I did this the next dad and they were very helpful. I will never be back again. Outdated equipment,very under staffed. A dr shouldn’t be seeing 60-70 patients in a day. Gary
The worst experience ever. I scheduled appointment for 830am, I arrived at 815am. They had to send a link to your phone to check in which didn’t work and they tried to send it 3 times before I just requested they give me the hard copy. Inefficient! After 3 hours, they call me to finally start my process and even take me to the back. I already knew my hand was broken and I understand they have to triage patients but there was no sense of urgency in the staff at all. I had to wait about 1 hour and a half to be seen by a doctor. The woman in the front desk was rude. However, the dr attention was professional.
I felt rushed and that the PA did not take the time to listen to my medical history.
Waiting too long, more than 3 hours for physician 15 minutes exams.
I pulled a muscle? ( I think) but now I think it’s a Sciatic nerve. It’s not any better. I’m still in pain. I’ll give it two more days and then I’ll go to the ER. The pain is very bad.
