The Wimauma location is terribly slow if you have to do a drug screening! I will never go there again for that. The clinic on MLK don’t do drug screenings so don’t go, they wasted my time sending me there. I ended up at the Palm st location in Tampa and they were able to get me in. The ladies were really nice.
Not great! A wait of over 3 hrs. In an "Urgent " Care center is too long- you need to hire more docs- G Axtell
3 hours +before seeing a provider
When I arrived I was told it the goal is that everyone should be taken care 30-60 I ended up waiting 2hr before I decided to leave before being helped. The reception couldn't help and didn't bother to help
Extremely long wait time with appointment.
Sandra wondered what I was doing there as I should have gone to an orthopedist! She showed no empathy that I was in pain just made me feel I was a complete waste of her time! I am a patient of Dr Daniel Jasko also a TGH physician and in over 15 years I have never had an experience like that! The office staff there were great. Lois Harrington
Saw nurse practitioner for severe sciatica pain. Took xrays and never heard back on them. Prescribed meds and two shots. Wondering about the xrays???
Waiting time is over 2 hours.
Too busy was bleeding waited an hour before see. Doesn’t appear clean
