Front desk person must be new or something. Rather unprofessional. Sat chewing ice like it was her meal
1.) I am still sick. I didn’t get the right medication. I still have a sinus infection. It’s not a virus. I know my body better than the person attending to me. The person who is seeing the patient should listen to the patient. They know their body best. 2.) My medication‘s were NOT called into the pharmacy and then the pharmacy closed at 9;00pm, which delayed me an hour and a half from getting my medication. The wait time was horrible! I waited about 1 1/2 hr to be seen and after chest X-ray and wonderful NP consult waited another hour.
I came to your urgent care facility in very serious pain. And nothing was done about it . I’m home now and the pain has greatly increased. One doctor sent me to the kenned location with instructions for me to have a ct scan and the doctor there refuses to give me a ct he said I didn’t need it and told me that I’m getting a X-ray.then he sent me home in chronic pain. I’m not happy with my service.
I waited in the lobby for 2 hours and 45 minutes just to be called into a room. I then waited another 20-25 minutes until the Nurse Practitioner finally came in. Absolutely ridiculous that during cold/flu season you have one nurse and one NP on staff for the entirety of the day! Urgent care should not be the name of this place! The only redemption of this visit was Stefani Padgett the NP who looked exhausted but pushed through what had to be done. This girl deserves a raise if not a bonus for the day she endured!
this location always takes long, i have a baby boy and i shouldn’t need to wait more than 2 hours to be seen, this is ridiculous and needs to be fixed.
I did the call ahead, scheduling I made a 9:30 appointment. I arrived, checked in, and waited for 2 1/2 hours before I was seen. The receptionist never said it was a first come, first see process Then I needed a Kleenex, I had to go back out to my car to get some. There WAS NOT one box of Kleenex in the waiting area. When I final get called back, the NP was rude and acted like I was wasting her time. She did a flu and covid test on me and when I asked about an RSV test she said no i didn’t need it. Physician was wonderful. Wait time was unacceptable. 3hours and I was not a walk in
No blood was taken, no covid test performed. Medications are not helping.
